• While changing the narration of an interrogative sentence, we need to follow the given steps-
  • The conjunction ‘if’ should be used in place of a comma (,) and inverted commas (“ ”).
  • 'Question mark (?)' is changed to full stop( . ).
  • ‘Said to’ will be changed into ‘asked’.
  • 2nd person (you) is changed into she i.e. according to the object of the reporting verb (Sunita).
