a=13, b=14, c=15

s =\;{a+b+c}/{2}

=\;{13+14+15}/{2}

=21

\tan \;{c}/{2}=√{\;{(s-a)(s-b)}/{s(s-c)}}

=√{\;{(21-13)(21-14)}/{21(21-15)}}

\tan \;{c}/{2}=√{\;{4}/{9}}=\;{2}/{3}
