Solution:

x=5+3 \cos α

y=7+3 \sin α

⇒ \cos α=\;{x-5}/{3}

\sin α=\;{y-7}/{3}

\cos ^{2} α+\sin ^{2} α=1

(\;{x-5}/{3})^{2}+(\;{y-7}/{3})^{2}=1

(x-5)^{2}+(y-7)^{2}=3^{2}
