Funaria is a moss plant. It belongs to Bryophyta. The main plant of Funaria is gametophytic (n). It bears male (antheridiophore) and female (archegoniophore) organs. After union of male and female gamete zygote (spore) develops into sporophytic plant which derive nutrition from gametophyte.
