Total number of coins collected by $\mathit{B}$ in 3 weeks $=3^{\star }4\mathit{c}=12\mathit{c}$, which should be a multiple of $24\Rightarrow \mathit{c}$ should be a multiple of 2.
So, the least possible value of $\mathrm{c}$ is $\mathrm{Icm}\left(2,7\right)=14$.
Coins sold by $\mathrm{A}$ in a week $=3\mathrm{c}=3^{\star }14=42$.
