Prashant invested Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1000 in two different banks for 2 years. Rate of simple interest offered by 2^nd bank is 3% less than the rate of interest offered by 1^st bank. If the difference of interest received from both bank is Rs. 150. Find the rate of interest offered by 1^st bank.
