KCET 2016 Biology Solved Paper

The genetic code is degenerate. Except the two amino acids methionine and tryptophan, all others are specified by more than one codon. Two codons UUU and UUC specify phenylalanine. Six different codons specify the three amino acids leucine, serine and arginine. Three codons specify isoleucine.
