Calculation:
Speed of car $=105/3=35$ km/h
Speed of train $=252/4=63$ km/h
The ratio of the speed of the car to speed of train,
$\frac{\mathrm{Speed}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{car}}{\mathrm{speed}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{train}}=\frac{35}{63}=\frac{5}{9}$
∴ The ratio of the speed of the car to speed of the train is 5 : 9
