We may have (2 men and 3 women) or (1 man and 4 women ) or (5 women )

=({ }^{8} C_{2} × { }^{5} C_{3})+({ }^{8} C_{1} ×{ }^{5} C_{4})+{ }^{5} C_{5}

=({8 !}/{2 ! ×6 !} × {5 !}/{3 ! × 2 !})

+({8 !}/{1 ! ×7 !}× {5 !}/{4 ! ×1 !})+1

=({8 ×7}/{2} × {5 ×4}/{2})+(8 × 5)+1

=280+40+1=321
