(C) Bank Note Press (BNP), Dewas, Madhya Pradesh is a unit of the Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd (SPMCIL). SPMCIL is a Mini-Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE). It is a wholly owned by the Government of India. In India, currency notes are printed at the Currency Note Press in Nashik, the Bank Note Press in Dewas, the Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (P) Ltd at Salboni and at the Watermark Paper Manufacturing Mill in Hoshangabad.
