(B) The State Government has been empowered with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High court, to specify for each district a Court of Session to be a Special Court to try offences under this Act and for the purpose of conducting cases in this court,State Government has been empowered to appoint an advocate of seven or more years standing as an advocate as Special Public Prosecutor.
