(B) The Indian constitution has incorporated Fundamental Rights during the starting itself.The need for including duties was felt later and was added by 51st amendment in 1976.Based on the recommendation of Swaran Singh committee 10 fundamental duties were added and subsequently one was added in 2002. Rights without duties are incomplete.Rights without duties are like men without shadows.
