(B) Dr. Rajendra Singh is a well-known water conservation istand environmentalist from Alwar district, Rajasthan. Also known as ‘water man of India’,he won the Stockholm Water Prize. He runs an NGO called‘ Tarun Bharat Sangh’ (TBS),which was founded in 1975.The NGO based in village hori-Bhikampura. The village isnear by Sariska Tiger Reserve He has been instrumental infighting with slow bureaucracy,mining lobby and he has helped villagers take charge of water management in their semi-arid area.
