(B) Under Section 10 A of the Protection of Civil Rights Act,1955, the ‘power of the State Government to impose collective fine’ has been provided. The provisions of Section 10 A of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955 shall,so far as may be, apply for the purposes of imposition and realisation of collective fine and for all other matters connected therewith under this Act.
