Numbers between 4 to 55 which are divisible by 3 and contain 3 as one of the digits are

6,9,12,13,15,18,21

23,24,27,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,42,43

45,48,51,53,54=27

numbers.
Hence, remaining number

=52-27=25
