Here, It is given that each of the two population has 100 observations which are 100 consecutive integers. So, sum of the squares of deviations from their respective mean are same
So, ${\mathit{V}}_{\mathit{A}}={\mathit{V}}_{\mathit{B}}$
$\therefore \frac{{\mathit{V}}_{\mathit{A}}}{{\mathit{V}}_{\mathit{B}}}=1$
