Distance travelled at 40 km/hr = x/2
Distance travelled at 60 km/hr = x/2
CONCEPT:

FORMULAE USED:
Time = Distance/Speed
CALCULATION:
8 = (x/80) + (x/120)
⇒ 8 = x/48
⇒ x = 384
∴ Distance travelled is 384 km
