Solution:

7.5+(5.4 \÷4.5 \×2)-8 \×4 \÷3.2

\⇒7.5+\ (\ {6}/{5} \×2\ )-\ (8 \×\ {5}/{4}\ )

=7.5+2.4-10

=-0.1
