Solution:

(x_1, y _1) = (-2,3)

(x_ 2 , y_ 2) = (2, 0)

⇒

m_1 ={y _2- y _1}/{x_ 2 - x _1 }

={0 -3}/{2 + 2}=-3/4

∵

m_1m_2 = -1

∴

m_2=-1/m_1=4/3
