The Muslim League was formed in 1906 at Dacca (Present day capital of Bangladesh). The main objective of Muslim League was to promote and protect the interest of Muslims in the Hindu majority country.
It propounded the nation theory and it raised the voice for separate nation for Muslims. Ultimately, it led to creation of Pakistan. Md Ali Zinnah was most prominent leader of the Muslim League.
