∴ (Ravi + Mohan + Govind)'s 1 day
work

={1}/{12}+{1}/{10}+{1}/{15}

={5+6+4}/{60}

={15}/{60}={1}/{4}

∴ Ravi, Mohan and Govind together
complete the work in

{1}/{{1}/{4}}=4

days.
