Solution:

Total number of students in the college = 5000
Number of students in Management discipline =

100 ×10/5000 = 500

Total number of girls = 2000
% of girls in Management discipline = 8%
⇒ Number of girls studying in Management discipline =

8/100 ×2000 = 160

⇒ Number of boys studying in Management discipline = 500 − 160 = 340
∴ Require % =

340/500 ×100

340/5 =68%
