Radius of wheel =

84/2=42

Distance covered in 1 revolution = Circumference of wheel =

2×22/7×42

44×6=264

cm
⇒ Distance covered in 1 second

= 264 ×5=1320

∴ Speed of car = 1320 cm/sec
