Transportation cost of 1 book =

8250/5500 =1.5

⇒ Percentage distribution on transportation cost = 10%
Thus, total cost price of a book =

1.5/10×100=

Rs. 150
Profit % = 25%

150 + (25/ 100 × 150)

150 + 37.50 = Rs. 187.50
