Solution:

For remaining portion

\ov x={(π/4×6^2). 3-π/4×3^2×1.5}/{π/6 ×6^2-π/3×3^2}=3.5

\ov x

for whole = 3.0 M
∴ difference = 3.5 – 3.0 = 0.5 m
