Solution:

Theoritical capacity

= {1000\V}/S

[V is in kmph]
Speed = 10 m/sec

=10×18/5\kmph

= 36 kmph
S = average c/c spacing of vehicle = Stopping distance + average length of vehicle
= 18 + 6 = 24

∴C={1000×36}/24

= 1500 vehicle/home
