For 10Ω resistive load is to be impedance matched by a transformer to a source with 6250Ω of internal resistance.

6250 =R_L/ K^2

where

K =N_2/N_1

∴

6250 = 10/(N_2/N_1)^2

∴

(N_2/N_1)^2=6250/10

∴

N_1/N_2=25

.
∴ Option (a) is correct.
