Maximum power theorem state that, tooblain maximum power from a source to load when the total power viewed from the load is equal to the value of resistance of that load i.e. signal transfer from source is fully optain at load but for maximum power efficiency is 50%. In electronic circuit, communication circuit, computer circuit, power used is low then maximum power theorem can be used. But in electrical circuit power transfer is high. So 50% efficiency is not permissible. So maximum power transfer is not desired for electrical circuit.
