Solution:

Moment of Inertia of square

I_n=a^4/12

Moment of Inertia of circle

I_c={πr^4}/4

For area to be same

a^ 2 = πr^2

∴ Ratio =

I_C/I_\sq={πr^4×12}/{4a^4}=3/π
