If a certain code language, ‘+’ represents ‘×’, ‘–’ represents ‘+’, ‘×’ represents ‘÷’ and ÷ represents ‘–’. Find out the answer to the following question.
0.002 + 8000 – 126 × 3 = ?

Solution:

Given, (+) ⇒ (×), (–) ⇒ (+), (×) ⇒ (÷), (÷) ⇒ (–)
Changing the sign of given equation, we get
(0.002 × 8000) + (126 ÷ 3)

= (0.002 × 8000) + 126/3

= 16 + 42 = 58
