Sleep is an intransitive verb and hence will be in the 1st person singular form 'sleeps'.
We generally use the phrase 'go to sleep'. Hence, 'for' must be replaced with 'to'
Also 'always' denotes a regular activity.
The correct sentence will be: The child always goes to sleep with his teddy bear.
