Solution:

Here, (3 men + 5 women) × 8 = (2 men + 7 boys) × 12
⇒ 40 women = 84 boys
∴ 10 women =

{84}/{40} × 10

= 21 boys
Hence, work done by 10 women = work done of 21 boys.
