Solution:

({4x}/5-5/{2x})^8n=8,p=1,q=1

Let the term independent of x be

T_{r+1}

r={np}/{p+q}={8×1}/{1+1}=4

T_5=(-1)^4\;^{8}C_4(4/5)^{8-4}(5/2)^4

={8×7×6×5}/{4×3×2×1}(4/5)^4(5/2)^4

=70×2^4=1120
