Mean

={26+24+28+22+27+23}/{6}=25

σ=√{{Σx^{2}}/N}

σ=√{{1^{2}+(-1)^{2}+3^{2}+(-3)^{2}+2^{2}+(-2)^{2}}/{6}}

=√{{1+1+9+9+4+4}/{6}}=√{{28}/{6}}=√{{14}/{3}}
