Solution:

Area of

∆ ABC =\;{1}/{2}|\table -2-(-7) , -7-3 ; 3-5 , 5-(-5)|

=\;{1}/{2}|\table 5 , -10 ; -2 , 10|=\;{1}/{2}(50-20)=15

∴ Area of Δ GAB

=1/3×

× Area of Δ ABC

=\;{1}/{3} × 15=5
