UPSC 2017 CDS II GK Paper

B.N. Rau (the Constitutional advisor to the Assembly) was not a member of the Drafting Committee of the Constituent Assembly. It consisted of the following seven members:
(a) Dr. B.R. Ambedkar (Chairman)
(b) N. Gopalaswamy Iyengar
(c) Alladi Krishnaswamy Iyer
(d) Dr. K.M. Munshi
(e) Syed Mohammad Saadullah
(f) N. Madhava Rau (he replaced B.L. Mitter who resigned due to ill-health)
(g) T.T. Krishnamachary (he replaced D.P. Khaitan who died in 1948)
