Among the given options, Italy was a focus country of the ‘World Food India’, a mega food event held in November 2017 in New Delhi. Germany, Japan and Denmark were Partner Countries to World Food India. Italy & Netherlands were the Focus Countries. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, inaugurated World Food India 2017 on 3rd November 2017 from Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi. This is the first time that India hosted such an event for the Food processing sector. World Food India platform strengthened India’s position as a Global Food Factory and was a positive step towards making the Country Food Secure.
