Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal. Also, in a cyclic quadrilateral, the sum of opposite angles is 180°. Thus, each angle of a cyclic parallelogram is 90°. Therefore, a cyclic parallelogram is always a rectangle.
Thus, both the statements are correct.
