A banana contains 34.8 g of carbohydrates, compared to less than half of that amount in an apple (15.7 g) .
Bananas hold very little protein and almost no fat.
The carbs in green, unripe bananas consist mostly of starch and resistant starch, but as the banana ripens, the starch turns into sugar (glucose, fructose and sucrose).
Summary Bananas are rich in fibre, antioxidants and several nutrients.
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), manganese, folate, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium and vitamin C .
Peas are rich sources of protein than Potatoes .
