=

Students passing from state C
= 11 % of 800
=

{11×800}/88

= 88
Now, freshers from state A passing exam
= 20% of 112
=

{20×112}/100

Non-fresher candidates of state C passing exam
= 85% of 88
=

{85×88}/100

= 74.8
∴ Required ratio =

22.4/74.8=56/187
