(C) While dealing with complaints of violation of Human Rights by the members of the armed forces, the Commission either on its own motion or on receipt of a petition will seek a report from the Central Government. The Central Government shall inform the Commission of the action taken on there commendations within three months or such further time as the Commission may allow.
