of the profit percent. Find his selling price.

Solution:

SP = 826, profit 18%
CP = Rs.

{8 2 6 ×1 0 0}/118=\Rs.700

Now, CP = Rs.700 and new profit

=2/3×18%=12%

Thus, SP = Rs.

112/100×700=\Rs.784.
