Solution:

AB : Building 30m high
CD : Tower
CE = AB = 30m
BE = CE = 30m [Q∠EBC = 45°]

⇒\DE=\BE \tan30°=30/√3m

∴ Height of tower

=CD=CE-DE=30=30/√3
